We only collect information you choose to give us. That happens in two places on this site:

• Booking an intro call: when you schedule through our Calendly scheduling page, you provide your name, email address, and any details you add to the booking, along with the date and time of the meeting. Calendly processes this on our behalf.
• Contacting us directly: if you email inquiries@vedarapartners.com or call 213-863-8979, we receive whatever you share, which typically includes your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the substance of your message.

We do not require an account, and we do not ask for financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or client data through this website. Please do not send sensitive personal or client information through email or a booking form.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party marketing pixels, or cross-site tracking, and we do not build visitor profiles. Our website hosting platform collects basic, aggregate usage analytics (such as page views and approximate region) through a script it serves with every page. This data is used to measure site traffic and performance; it is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not linked to your name, email address, or phone number by us.

Our scheduling page is provided by Calendly. If you open or use the booking window, Calendly may set its own cookies that are necessary to operate the scheduler. That processing is governed by Calendly’s privacy policy. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which can include IP addresses, for security and reliability purposes. We do not use those logs for marketing and we do not link them to individuals.

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule or hold a conversation with you.
• To follow up about our services and share relevant materials you have asked for.
• To maintain a record of our business relationship in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• To meet our legal, recordkeeping, and security obligations.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Contact details you share with us are stored in our CRM and email systems, which are operated by third-party service providers under contract with us. These providers may access your information only to deliver services to Vedara. We also use Calendly for scheduling and a website hosting provider to serve this site.

We disclose information only to the service providers described above, to professional advisors such as counsel or accountants when needed, when required by law or regulation, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

We keep contact and inquiry records for as long as we have an active or prospective business relationship with you, and thereafter only as long as we need them for legal, regulatory, or recordkeeping purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

• Ask what information we hold about you, and request a copy.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to any records we are required to keep.
• Ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Every email we send includes a way to opt out, and you can always reply and tell us to stop.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us, including encrypted transmission of this website and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Our site links to third-party sites, including sources cited in our published articles and our scheduling and social media pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
