01 / The Offer

AI and Technology Assessment

Who it's for: RIAs unsure where AI fits, or drowning in vendor pitches.

What it isn't: A generic maturity score or a 60-slide deck that repeats what your team told us.

What you get

  • An “anti to-do” list: manual activities to hand to agents, the outcomes you want and the KPIs to track.
  • Current-state map of platforms, data and workflows.
  • A readout of the AI capabilities already in the tools you pay for.
  • Opportunities scored on value, effort and risk, each tied to a KPI.
  • A “not now” list with reasons.
  • A 12-month roadmap.
  • A working prototype of your top opportunity.
  • Executive readout.

How long

2–6 weeks. Timing depends on the number of platforms, workflows, stakeholders and approvals.

What it costs

Scoped fee. We estimate it after your questionnaire and 30-minute intro call, then agree on the final scope and fee in a statement of work.

02 / The Offer

Build Sprint

Who it's for: RIAs and a clear top opportunity, usually from an assessment.

What it isn't: A new software subscription, a new login for your team, or an open-ended project.

What you get

  • One workflow built to production on your existing tools.
  • Approval steps and human review.
  • Staff training.
  • A before-and-after readout against the baseline.
  • Documentation for your compliance file.

How long

4–8 weeks. The scope and pace reflect the complexity of your firm and the workflow being built.

What it costs

A base fee, plus a results fee tied to agreed measures when the statement of work calls for one. We provide an estimate after discovery; the final fee is agreed in a statement of work.

Partner

Who it's for: RIAs that want ongoing support after a build goes live.

What it isn't: New builds or senior leadership. New workflows are separate Build Sprints.

What you get

  • Monitoring and upkeep of the workflows we built.
  • Fixes and adjustments as your tools and processes change.
  • Help for your team as they use what we built.
  • A monthly touchpoint at minimum, or a quarterly review if that's all you need.

How long

Ongoing. The cadence is what we agree on, with at least a monthly touchpoint; some firms only need a quarterly review.

What it costs

A fee based on the builds we support and the cadence we agree on. We provide an estimate after discovery; the final fee is agreed in a statement of work.

04 / The Offer

Fractional AI CTO

Who it's for: RIAs that want senior AI and technology leadership alongside their team.

What it isn't: Temporary staffing or an extra pair of hands.

What you get

  • Monthly priorities and roadmap upkeep.
  • Vendor and tool evaluations.
  • AI governance and policy support.
  • Oversight of the build backlog.
  • Weekly leadership meetings with your C-suite.
  • Reporting to your CCO or board.

How long

Monthly. Flexible and customized to what your firm needs.

What it costs

A monthly retainer. Builds are separate sprints. We provide an estimate after discovery; the final fee is agreed in a statement of work.

Tailored Engagement

Who it's for: RIAs and priorities that span more than one of these offers.

What it isn't: A pre-set sequence you must follow.

What you get

  • A scope shaped around your priorities, systems and team.
  • A clear sequence across assessment, build and ongoing support.
  • Deliverables, owners and measures agreed before work starts.

How long

A timeline shaped around your firm. We define it together in the proposed scope.

What it costs

Assessment work has a scoped fee. Build work has a base fee and may include a results fee when the statement of work calls for one. Ongoing support is priced on the cadence we agree on; Fractional AI CTO work is a monthly retainer. We provide an estimate after discovery; the final fee is agreed in a statement of work.
